At WagyuMama Ranch we call a rump roast but is known by other names, including: Bottom Round Roast. Round Tip Roast. Bottom Round Oven Roast.

This super flavorful dry-aged roast is going to be your new family favorite cut!  Different than our Chuck Roast they are both delicious cooked slow - but is already tender so be careful not to over cook!
